How Medi-QR Codes Work

Medi-QR Health ID Tags are designed to be printed and carried on wallet cards, badges, lanyards, wheelchairs, backpacks, vehicles, or emergency information folders.

Most smartphones can scan QR codes directly using the built-in camera. Some devices may require a QR reader app depending on phone settings and operating system behavior.

Once scanned, emergency contacts and medical information can be viewed quickly in emergency situations.
